San Carlos 402 is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath condominium offering an amazing Gulf-front view from the 4th floor. • Enjoy direct balcony access from both the living room and the primary bedroom. • Vinyl plank flooring is featured throughout the unit. • The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats six, with an additional four barstools at the kitchen counter. • A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit. • The living area has a sofa sleeper. • The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. • The second bedroom features two full-size beds. • For added convenience, the owner has supplied a folding baby crib. • Skip the long lines - this unit offers keyless entry for seamless check-in and check-out. • A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Parking passes must be purchased onsite at the front desk upon arrival on the 3rd floor. Bring your own pillows lol Overall wonderful. The pillows were old and flat, but other than that the condo was clean and spacious, perfectly located and the building and site were well maintained. It was clean, neat, well maintained. Check in was a breeze. We were there for Shrimp Fest so it was packed but we had parking and it's a great location. The condo was clean, efficient, large, and had a beautiful view. I also liked that there is a security officer/front desk person to answer questions. We felt very at home here. I might suggest a new coffee pot as I believe this one has a piece missing that holds the filter, but that is the only negative. Parking was good. Did have to buy a pass. Pool was nice. It was everything we needed, expected and more. Would stay here again. Clean, easy to check-in and out! Walking distance to shopping and food \~ incredible views and balcony furniture. Quiet unit, huge elevators and amazing pool! Air conditioner worked great! It was clean and easy to check in and out. We did have some issues with the A/C but they were taken care of quickly. Had constant contact with ITrip and they were amazing. Check in check out was flawless! Beach access superb! We got married on the beach at sunset! We spent the next day lounging in very affordable rental chairs with an umbrella. The condo was perfect, cozy and comfortable! The condo is located in such a great location and close to the Hangout (which was so much fun) and other local eateries and shopping. There is a market within walking distance as well! I would definitely stay there again! We had our groceries delivered while we were there...which was super convenient! I booked a wonderful photographer while there for my daughter a surprise birthday photo shoot. I highly recommend Mackinsey with Salty Sea Photography! She was so much fun, and my daughter loved her! I also had her a beautiful cake made with Costal Cakes and Confections! We made so many wonderful memories, and my daughter had the best birthday full of surprises!! ##### Shellie W.
