You have a nice view of the beach sitting on the balcony.However, the door to access the balcony is very hard to open and close. The restaurant on the property had good food as well as good service. The master had the same problem with the mattress dated 2005\. The master bathroom had peeling sheetrock with a tile shower that the grout was never finished. The TV in the great room did not work.
