This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from a private balcony. Master Bedroom - King Bed Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Guest Bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds Step onto the white sandy beaches right outside your door, or unwind in the pool. With a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable bedrooms, this condo provides the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience for your beach vacation. Explore local attractions, dine at nearby restaurants, or simply relax and soak in the stunning sunsets over the water. Boardwalk 881 is your ideal home away from home for a memorable Gulf Shores getaway. You are within walking distance to several restaurants and entertainment venues including The Hangout. Many others are just a short drive away including LuLus, The Wharf, and The Track. Enjoy the pool and large sun deck. Covered parking is available. Important Information Parking - you can park a maximum of two cars at Boardwalk. If you need offsite parking we can provide suggestions. \*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee. This unit is professionally managed by: Signature Properties.
