We had 10 adults and a 10 month old. The house had everything needed and then some. We brought the baby’s pack and play and there were two in the house, a Kuerig coffee maker as well as a regular. There was an issue with the freezer prior to our arrival and Yvette arranged for a new appliance to be purchased and installed. Any questions we had were answered quickly. There is construction across the street which will change the direct view of the beach but still have views of the beach as well as the bay from the yard and deck. This house could not have been better to accommodate everyone in our group! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect with it being directly across from the beach…quick and easy walk. The beach is not crowded and water was beautiful. The front porch was our favorite with plenty of seating and great views. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood so no traffic! The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed while we were there. She was easy to communicate with the entire process.
