This centrally located condo, offering high-rise views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, sits right across the street from the white-sand beach in Gulf Shores. You'll be treated to a comfortable private balcony with stunning beach views, as well as on-site access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a lazy river, a hot tub, a fitness center, and an air-conditioned sky bridge that leads to the beach. This condo is located in Crystal Tower, which offers such wonderful amenities as pools, a hot tub, a lazy river, fitness facilities, a sauna, a grilling area, and a beachfront boardwalk. You'll be half a mile west of the center of Gulf Shores and Highway 59, where you'll find an assortment of family-friendly attractions that include Waterville USA, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Spend a morning exploring Gulf State Park (two miles east), tee off at the Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club (eight miles west), time your visit to attend the Hangout Music Festival or the Annual Gulf Shores Shrimp Fest, and dine on excellent local seafood at nearby restaurants that include The Hangout and Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails. THINGS TO KNOW Crystal Tower will be under construction during Fall 2025, however weather delays may extend the construction project into the Winter. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during this time. Construction noise is to be expected during working hours. North exterior views of the lagoon may be obstructed at any time. Parking and access may be limited or rerouted as needed. The elevated walkway will be closed and rerouted while the second floor is recoated. For inquiries regarding the construction timeline, please call our 24/7 guest experience line. This condo allows monthly reservations between November 1 and March 15. The property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 11. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The cleanliness was perfection and the space perfect for our family of 5\. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Two pools, one being absolutely beautiful with beach views. Condo is equipped with easy walkway access to the beach, fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals, great balcony furniture with multiple seating options, access to two large hot tubs and minutes from anywhere you want to go. The location, the pools, the beach access, parking, etc were all great and easy for us infrequent travelers. Vacasa made this booking, the stay, and communication so easy. We were even texting check in day about missing curtains and a broken curtain/blind, and they immediately replied. Those items did not deter our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The weather was not so great, double red flag days and waters were closed, so we visited local attractions and shops and spent a lot of time in the condo. We are already planning another trip back as we will definitely stay here again! Stayed 4 nights in Mar 2024 ### 4/10 Poor #### Sarah J. 9 May 2023 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Communication #### Crystal Tower is great, but NOT Vacasa! We love Crystal Tower and have stayed in different units over the years, but none before managed by Vacasa. And we don't plan to again! To make a long story short, we had no working refrigerator from when we arrived on Tuesday afternoon until Saturday afternoon. After many texts and 2 different people coming to look at the fridge, it wasn't until we drove to the Vacasa office that we actually got something done. But when they finally brought a working fridge, instead of taking the non-working fridge out, they put the working fridge blocking half the hallway! Then on the last night of our vacation, the freezer part of the non-working fridge (the freezer had been working all along) began making loud banging noises, disrupting our sleep. Other things: one of the toilet seats was broken. One of the decorative bed pillows was very dirty. The bed skirt was tacked on with heavy-duty staples and tacks which fell off on the floor, and are a real hazard to be stepped on. I noticed in another review of Vacasa that someone stepped on a tack in the night, and obviously they have not rectified that situation. Vacasa offered us a partial refund for the refrigerator situation because a lot of our food spoiled, but over a week later I have yet to see the refund. ##### Sarah J. The property was clean and as advertised. The view/experience from the balcony was better than expected as you can still hear the waves even though you are across the street.
