It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. Common Areas: Gazebo Grills Picnic Tables Rules: Check in time 3pm Check out time 10 am No Smoking or Vaping in the condo No Pets in the condo Minimum Age to rent 25 The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach. Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway. Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor. This condo is beach side. This condo is not ocean front and it does not have a deck/balcony. The condo is on the first floor of condos and near the middle of the east building. We do have views of the gulf from each bedroom. Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East. ## Property amenities ### Beach - On the beach ### Internet - It is very nicely decorated with a beach vibe. It is only a few steps to the beach. There are many stores and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. ##### mlpwalsh .. It was raining when we got in on Thursday night and rained all day Friday but we had plans to go places so it wasn’t a total washout. Saturday it was not raining and the sun actually managed to come out for about an hour and a half so we got to enjoy the beach, which was the main reason for the trip. Checking in was a breeze, check out even easier and the location is spot on. ##### Matthew K. We were very pleased with the accommodations- especially the short distance to access the beach and close proximity of restaurants. Everything was clean and just as described. We cooked breakfast and lunch each day - everything we needed was on hand, we just supplied the food! I read reviews about the furniture being “dated” - it was perfect for a beach cottage! This is my 3rd stay here and the condo always has everything needed for a comfortable stay in a very convenient location. The unit has a nice Keurig coffee machine so make sure to bring pods. This may have been mentioned but I missed it but went and purchased a reusable pod for my coffee and everything worked out great. Area felt very safe. Loved having washer and dryer in unit to be able to wash beach clothes and towels. Microwave took an adjustment to use. We thought it was broke at first, but I think door has to be shut just right. We saw several other units that had beach chairs and sand toys left below in parking storage. This would have been nice, but not necessary. No issues during our trip. We had a great time. It was a wonderful place to stay. ##### Chealsey P.
