San Carlos 1408 is an adorable two-bedroom, two-bath condominium offering an incredible Gulf-front view from the 14th floor. • Enjoy direct balcony access from both the living room and the primary bedroom. • New wood-look tile flooring is featured in the bedrooms and living room, with ceramic tile throughout the remainder of the unit. • The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats four, with two barstools providing additional seating. • The living area has a sofa sleeper. • The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, and the attached bathroom has been updated with a tiled walk-in shower and a soaking tub. • The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. • A folding crib is provided for your convenience. • A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit. • Skip the long lines - this unit provides keyless entry for seamless check-in and check-out. • A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. But a downside This condo is gorgeous and pristine clean!!! Everyone on the property was very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay; however the host fee was very high and almost doubled the cost of our stay. The itrip manager also never replied to a question I sent them on the first day. Close to the hangout, shops and restaurants. The condo is very nice and has a great view of the ocean and the beach Check in is very easy with the key code on the door. The condo looks likes just the pictures minus the lounge chairs on the patio which is now a double swinging seat. Overall a great place to stay and we would stay here again. ##### Kaitlyn C. We had a great time and im not kidding, I would eat off of the floors it was so clean! No 5 second rule needed! The bed was comfortable and we were grateful, weve stayed in places where the mattress was horrible. The weather and ocean couldnt have been any more perfect! Right on the ocean, the view from the huge balcony was beautiful! The living room and master bedroom had sliding doors to the balcony. You can parasail, ride the banana boat, and jet skis right next door. Enjoyed it very much! ##### Karen O. We love the location of the San Carlos easy to walk to whatever you want or need. Check in and check out was super easy. The condo was nice, and the beds were super comfy.
