Our house is part of the Rookery complex, a natural and quiet resort surrounded by nature and near the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. This is a place where you can enjoy the beauty and diversity of the Alabama Gulf Coast, with its stunning beaches, bays, forts, and golf courses. You can swim in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, fish in the bay, explore the historic Fort Morgan, or play golf at the nearby Kiva Dunes or Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club. You can also relax at our house, which has everything you need for a comfortable stay, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV and DVD player, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a screened porch. You can also access the amenities of the Rookery complex, such as two outdoor pools, a hot tub, a tennis court, and a barbecue area. Turn right leaving the Rookery, go half a block and turn left on Cortez. The beach is straight ahead. The total distance is about equivalent to three city blocks.
