About the Home With sleeping accommodations for up to 8, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has plenty of room for guests to kick back and relax. This home features a master suite with a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a “single sized bedroom” with a half bath attached. There is a bunk bed in this room to sleep 2. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a queen size bed. Bedroom 4 sleeps 3 on a twin bed and a full sized bed. The two guest rooms share the hallway bathroom. This home has a screened in porch perfect for taking in the beautiful sunsets that are displayed year-round in Orange Beach, AL. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on the porch swing taking in a sunset. From the porch, you will also have access to the homes private dock. This home is a fisherman's paradise! For dinner, prepare your fresh catch in the fully-equipped kitchen- the perfect place to prepare a savory, mouth-watering meal. Enjoy your meal at the dining table or while sitting at the table on the porch while taking in the calming view of Wolf Bay. This home is perfect for wildlife watching. Guests might see dolphins, ospreys, bald eagles, pelicans, loons and sea gulls! This home is also equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. There is covered parking under the home providing plenty of room to park. Neighborhood In addition to fishing, in Orange Beach, guests can enjoy the area's public beaches, water sports, biking or walking on the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, or dining at one of the area's delicious restaurants such as Cosmos Bar and Grill, Cobalt, Ginny Lane, and most importantly, the historic Wolf Bay Lodge! This home is only 3.1 miles away from The Wharf, where visitors can enjoy great shopping, dining and entertainment. Public beach access is located 4.4 miles away at the Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access. Guests will find free parking here as well as a public bathhouse. Rental Policy We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older to reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. *The City of Orange Beach requires a Rental Agreement be signed.
