Located less than a mile east of The Hangout in Gulf Shores, it’s convenient to all area attractions. Unit features: • Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom • Tile flooring is throughout the unit • Fully equipped kitchen; dining table seats four with three additional barstools • Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit • Living area has a sofa sleeper • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom features a double vanity and a jetted tub • Second bedroom has a queen-size bed • Bunk room has twin-over-twin bunk beds (Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk) • Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out • Maximum of two cars allowed; parking passes must be purchased at the 2nd-floor front desk for $50 each (credit/debit only, no cash) • This is a strict No Smoking property, including the balconies. Three doors down from the elevator and when you go down to the main floor, you exit and out the door to the pools and beach. The condo was spacious and really clean. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook all your meals. The frig even has an ice maker. Beds were comfortable and very clean and a perfect view of the beach. Condo is very updated with everything. Love the nice patio furniture. It is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easiest beach access ever. Unit close to elevators and parking ( covered and uncovered). The unit was clean and the furnishing was reasonably nice. Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Loved that it was accessible from master bedroom as well as living room. Unit easily accommodated our party of four. Kitchen was attractive and there was a small dining table. Entertainment system was adequate, and navigable in a fairly intuitive way. Only complaints; pots and pans somewhat limited (we cooked almost every day). The dryer had to be loaded in moderation or it became noisy. Finally despite checkout at 10, our door code was reset at 9:45 as we were loading up to leave, and we almost got locked out mid-process. These issues were minor and easily fixed. Overall our stay was outstanding! ##### stacey w. I spent lots of time out there. It was nice having the tvs set up by default to be smart and the wifi worked flawlessly because i was working while staying here. Only complaint was there was not enough hot water to fill up the Jaquzzi tub so if that is important to you you may want to look other places. ##### Flannery A. It was located in a great area, clean, and had great amenities. It was furnished with everything we needed and clear about what was not provided. It had multiple elevators so we were not waiting forever. Only issues were parking spaces in the covered garage. They were tiny! We preferred to park in the open area on the 3rd floor because spaces seemed a bit bigger. Overall, we would stay here again! ##### Nichole G. The view from the balcony was amazing, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and dishes, and everything was clean. The only things we had issues with was the bunk room was VERY small, only suitable for small children, the jacuzzi tub was too big to fill with hot water (it ran out), and the bedding was very stiff and thin. The property was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. They told us ahead of time what would and would not be supplied. It was very clean and updated. I love the top “sheet/spread” and I want one! Where can I buy one like it? The only thing I wished for was as a Keurig, but the coffee pot worked just fine. Everyone on the property was super nice including the beach chair guy! We enjoyed our vacation at The Lighthouse. ##### Amy H.
