Communications were excellent prior to, during, and after our stay. Regency Isle 411 was very comfortable for the two of us old fogies. We had no other travelers with us, so did not use the 2nd bedroom. Even with temps reaching the freezing mark, we still enjoyed the change of scenery from central Indiana, and avoided two snowstorms in our home area throughout our vacation week. ##### Jeff B. The location was right on the beach. The only issue we had was the bunk bed top bunk squeaked every time she moved so she had to move to the sofa so everyone in the bedroom could sleep. We frequent OB multiple times a year but this was our first time staying in this unit. It is very updated (the master bath could use a little updating) and the bed was VERY comfortable. Our friends stayed in the second bedroom and stayed it was very comfortable as well. This unit would be perfect for a family with children as it had bunk beds in the second room as well. The balcony is a big area and very nice furniture for it. We enjoyed our stay there. The only thing and this would not go against staying at the condo when we opened the refrigerator to put our things in. We was hit with a fish smell that would knock you down. Got a box of baking soda and that did the trick. Construction in the rooms around us starting at 6:30 AM was not ideal. I would bring your own towels. Otherwise everything was clean and nice. It’s a gorgeous view and super easy beach/pool access. We enjoy having the indoor and outdoor pool options for our young kids. The condo is fabulous, but I will admit that the one roll of toilet paper and half a roll of cheap paper towels and zero cooking accessories (not even salt/pepper) is a downer. However that is definitely the fault of the rental company and not the condo owner. We’ve just been spoiled by all the wonderful amenities at previous rentals. ##### Katie W.
