Hotel was great, plenty if restaurants and they were priced fairly but the resort fees were too high, as long as you do your best to avoid spending money on the resort you'll be ok, ue room service, drunks, lunch, etc..

Very nice hotel. I wiould highly recommend. The Hotel was very clean and the staff was there for your every need. The beach and the pool was a perfect solution for a relaxing day. The Hilton is a must stay.
From the moment we checked in we were treated special. While this is an old building, its kept in great shape, fresh paint and new hardware. Great sitting out at night along the inlet. Quiet street too, no hustle, bustle. Would recommend to anyone.
2 complaints no sheets for pull out bed and no direction on how to retrieve voice messages on phone. This hotel is excellent and besides the 2 issues I will stay again. Great rate off season and wonderful pool and loctaion
Chokoloskee is off the beaten path. It's a causeway-connected island south of Everglades City, which is itself off the beaten path. The Outdoor Resort is mostly a very nicely maintained RV park, which also has an 8-room motel, where we stayed. This is a rustic, relaxing place. Has a nice pool and spa. Not too far (couple of miles) from a few fun seafood restaurants. Near the funky Smallwood general store/museum. We explored the Everglades for three days from this place. If that's your kind of activity, this is a fine place to hunker down at night,
"I would recommend this hotel, with reservations. "
Pluses: The cabin has been refurbished and was clean. Staff members were pleasant. The deli that is associated with the cabins offers very good and fresh breakfast sandwiches and other food. The location is excellent.
Minuses: The hot water ran out, and the shower pan pools, due to poor drainage. The cabin has very little surface area on which to put travel items (e.g., cosmetics, purses, paper/pens).
