Good breakfast that included home-made OJ, yogurt and pound cake with a selection of breads and jams. Great suggestion for local hiking routes and attractions. Would definitely recommend."

"This was our first stay at a ‘chateau’ and it was amazing. The historical mansion filled with antiques was magnificent. The grounds were expansive and were well kept. Hospitality by the family was heartwarming. The rooms were well appointed , spacious and very comfortable. Please know, to get around, one does need a car. Our feeling is that we will be visiting more chateaus in the future."

Anne a été très arrangeante pour que je puisse venir en avance décorer et préparer l'anniversaire avant l'arrivée des invités. Idem pour le départ. Merci encore à Anne et Alfred ! "The Hotel de Lac is set in a stunning location overlooking a lake. The rooms are fine in line with its 2 star rating and the owner and staff were very personable and helpful. We had a meal in the dining room overlooking the lake and it was of a high standard. The local town of Colberg is very historic and it is overlooked by a n ancient castle. In summary highly recommended."
