The apartment is located on the 2nd and thus top floor of a multi-family house. The living space is about 75 sqm, divided into large living area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony to the courtyard about 4 sqm with washing machine, and a balcony 5.55 sqm towards the harbor.

The living/dining room is spacious, modern and harmoniously furnished with a sofa bed, satellite TV with German channels and a nice dining set. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 150 x 200 and a large built-in mirror cabinet. The window faces the courtyard and therefore it is very quiet. The bathroom has a bathtub sink and toilet.

The apartment has 2 outdoor areas A balcony with table and chairs, adjoins the living room, with a side view of the harbor. The second balcony with the washing machine is adjacent to the kitchen and faces the courtyard.
