This beautiful three-bedroom house in Town House is surrounded by nature and a beautiful pool in a comfortable environment within the Metro Country Club, located near the beautiful beaches of Juan Dolio, a 15-minute walk away.

The whole house is waiting for you! enjoy the green gardens, a pool shared with 5 other houses and prepare a delicious barbecue. If you want to enjoy the Caribbean Sea, the beautiful Juan Dolio beach is just a 10-minute walk from the house.

Very important:  
\- The maximum number of people is 6, the house is located in a Town House with six houses called Villas del Jardín within the Metro Country Club, these houses share a pool and the common regulations prohibit more than 6 people per house so that everyone They can better enjoy the common areas.

\- Only small pets are allowed. Please be careful that they do not climb on the sofas or enter the pool.
