#### Apartamento com cheiro insuportável de Mofo

Apartamento com cheiro insuportável de mofo, acho muito improvável ter havido limpeza antes de chegarmos. Apartamento não tinha sinais de limpeza, não tinha cheiro de produtos de limpeza. Cortinas, colchões e tapetes velhos e sem lavar, com mofo, tivemos que tirá-los do apartamento e colocarmos em um cômodo e fechar a porta. Tivemos gastos com material de limpeza, para suportar o cheiro de mofo. Sinceramente, não recomendo!! O apartamento é simples, conforme as fotos mesmo, porém o cheiro de mofo era insuportável. Entramos em contato com a proprietária para providenciar uma possível limpeza, simplesmente não tivemos uma solução, além dela nos sugerir que nós mesmos procurássemos uma solução. Definitivamente, não recomendo!!

Final de semana maravilhoso sol forte, apto perto da praia, funcionários muito educados e atenciosos, o apto está todo em ordem, a proprietária Vanessa, sanou todas nossas dúvidas. Perto do Pão de Açúcar como mostra a foto 1 minuto de distância. Praia super tranquila e limpa. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa, em breve voltaremos.. Atos e Karina

Passamos o feriado de finados,chegamos no prédio e fomos muito bem acolhidos pelo Antonio, muito atencioso. O prédio é do lado do mercado Pão de Açúcar, pertinho mesmo da praia, quase não usamos carro. O apto estava conforme nas fotos, e a proprietária Vanessa é muito gentil. Recomendo e pretendo voltar mais vezes!!!

#### Apto. muito bem localizado!!!

Gostaria de agradecer a proprietária Vanessa pelo ótimo atendimento na hora da reserva. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos funcionários do hotel!!! O apto. está em uma localização perfeita, em frente a um hipermercado Pão de Açúcar e a 1 quadra da praia da enseada, em um local mais reservado sem aglomeração! Dentro do apto. não tivemos muitas novidades, tudo conforme indicado no site, com os cômodos bem limpos e arrumados, com a cozinha contando com todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia! Os únicos pontos que podem ser melhorados, seria a instalação de um ar condicionado, pois a noite faz muito calor sendo necessário deixar as janelas abertas e assim, os mosquitos atacam de verdade! Além disso, não tivemos o serviço de praia pois todas as cadeiras disponibilizadas estavam quebradas restando somente o guarda sol pequeno. Foi necessário pedir uma porção em uma das barracas da praia (que não é barato!!!) para poder usufruir de cadeiras e de um guarda sol maior. No restante, foi tudo maravilho!!! Dou ênfase a localização, pois não tinha barulho de vizinhos, o local de acesso a praia é muito tranquilo e perto, não sendo necessário o uso do carro! Mais uma vez agradeço a Vanessa pela estadia, nos divertimos muito mesmo sendo somente um final de semana! Um abraço! Edgar
