"This was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. And it wasn’t just normal street noises. The design of the hotel is such that some rooms have a window into the lobby. Guests and staff sat at the lobby tables (right outside our random window) talking loudly all night. Light from the lobby also poured in through the semi-sheer curtains. It was odd. And even with earplugs, it was unbearably loud. Also, be warned, there is NO PARKING at the hotel and not much safe overnight parking nearby. "

My husband is a very light sleeper, and although we requested a room change because our stay was for two weeks, we were placed on the fifth floor, in the room next to the elevator and below the lounge. The noise of tables and chairs being moved until 10:30 p.m. made it extremely difficult for him to rest, and we could not be relocated because the hotel was full. On the other hand, I had a serious health issue related to the breakfast buffet. I was recovering from food poisoning for four days; after temporarily moving to another hotel to rest, I became ill again immediately after eating at the buffet upon my return. Additionally, we experienced daily inconveniences with the towel service, as we had to wait until after 4:00 p.m. to receive them. Finally, we noticed that the pool area does not have enough shade or seating for the number of guests. I usually leave positive reviews about my stays, but this time the experience was "

"Overall, the stay was very good. We had an issue with having not hot water. After unpacking and settling into the room I attempted to take a shower only to discover not hat water. After several attempts to resolve the issue we were giving another room which required us to pack up and relocate to another room."
