Room was not what was promised, Walls covered with dust and what appeared to be snot. Bathroom tiles cracked, Other rooms could change your tv station. House keeping would wake us up even with the do not disturb sign on the door, thee bolt locked, and teh chain up. they would knock and ring the doorbell until you answered.

The location is good and the staffs were great. But the hotel facilities and room condition was disappointing. the room really needs updating, the walls were dirty, and I didn't feel comfortable when I first walk in. Even though I was already paid for the stay but I was looking to move to another hotel the next day. The in-room safe was a small "movable" safe (not screwed into any furniture), that the cleaning lady was able to hold it on her hand. so it is useless. I was on a long trip and I choose this place because it said on its website it offer laundry facility, but it doesn't, it is only available to long term renters.

This hotel was conveniently located close to the event I was working at, and did not disappoint. Great room, reliable WiFi, excellent breakfast, laundry facility and helpful staff.

Great location. Trabsport to the expo.
Great location, great stay, lots of restaurants, great pub in the next block. Starbucks one block away. 7-15 minute drive to the expo (free shuttle)

Hotel location was really hard to find. Wifi in my room was not good maybe because I had a corner room. But surrounding area was great for food and drinks, especially at night.

Hotel was very nicely located. The shower system however, is ridiculous. Hot water lasts for about 10 minutes and then you have to wait 30 to 60 minutes to get hot water again.

The location is excellent, room is big and bed is comfortable. Not so great points is that because the only viable carpark is near the hotel in this area, many locals park near the hotel and horn non-stop till the dead of night and can be quite irritating. Also little tiny cockroaches in the toilet which is not so great too. But other than that if you are looking for great location near subway and super great nightlife. this is the best.

Dont even think of coming to this hotel
Dear Viewrs I have staied in this hotel three times from 2015 and last visit was in Oct 2016. Last visit almost cockroach everywhere of the flat. Only one positive thing of this hotel is its location.

Clean and great location, awesome staff
Hotel was very clean, two bedroom unit was perfect for me and my biz partner and the staff has several people who can speak decent English so your experience is not as frustrating as many other hotels can be in the area. The location is great too, close to the Canton fair and other exhibition centers, and close to many restaurants and bars. They also offer bus service to the Canton Fair complex during each phase for free, which is extremely helpful.

The stay was wonderful, room was very clean and hygienic. Only problem was the bed was hard even though it is a spring mattress. But I was told by my friend in China, that most beds are hard type as that's how they slept in ancient times. So need getting use to the hard spring bed. Overall it is a very good hotel to stay!

As the name says, Excellent serviced apartments
We were 3 in a family. Stayed for 5 day. Great apartment with washing machine, refrigerator, spacious rooms. However the kitchen had no utensils and upon asking the hotel staff for some utensils on rent, they had none. This was disappointing as the hotel said serviced apartments but had no utensils. The weather in Guangzhou is hot and humid at this time of the year so recommend visiting during the colder months of the year. One thing which was disappointing was that we always had to ask the staff to clean the apartment and put supplies for 3 people as they always put supplies for 2 people and the apartment was not cleaned if we did not inform them. Shopping in Guangzhou is great and there are lot of markets and shopping streets. Be careful from taxi drivers and money exchangers on the road; please check your money and notes for genuineness before accepting them. Fix your fare or on meter with the taxi driver and always give them change otherwise they will hand you fake 10 Yuan bills.

Short Stay at Xcellent
Check in was a breeze. The location is great for food lovers! All sorts of foods are available right outside the hotel. The room was very spacious. My view was priceless only that a bit noisy due to cars on the road almost all night long. The hotel would have been best if there was a restaurant within otherwise it's great value for the money.
