Thumb up to all the staff at property. Thank you for your warm, efficient and friendly service! The room is clean and well maintained. Has everything (well equipped kitchenette and washer dryer) we need for maximum convenience. Location is excellent- linked to a shopping mall and also opposite to Taikoo Hui. Lots of eateries in the area.

Staff is helpful n friendly. Clean. Perfect location in tianhan 天河. Right above subway station n a shopping mall. In the area 5 big malls r next to each other. The only thing s mattress s a bit soft. Time to change them

I enjoyed our stay in this apartment hotel! The Suites Hotel is well located upstairs from the best shopping mall in Guangzhou—steps from the metro station. Shopping and dining are very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The apartment itself is a little bit tired (the wood floor has scratches and dents everywhere), But other than that, we have no complaints. Everything is all perfect. We definitely will stay here on future trips to Guangzhou. so much

perfect location, connected to one link mall. Taikoo Hui and Parc Central are within walking distance. spacious room with kitchen. the only downside was the hotel changed the air-conditioning to heating mode during the 3rd night of our stay as the weather getting colder so we have to open the window.

Efficient, comfortable & clean. A late check-out would be nice on availability or a reasonable fee. They did offer to let us use pool area after checkout but seemed surprised by this request. We didn’t use it as it wasn’t a great day, but at least they offered. Friendly helpful staff.
