It would be great if management periodically check heating systems and hot water availability in each room . It took several attempts to fix everything in our room. It was no fault of the staff who tried to accommodate as much as they could.

Overall good experience. Just a bit loud since we got a room right next to the street. It was at walking distance of downtown church .

Bien localizada pero la recámaras con mucha luz externa en la noche y temprano por la mañana una de ellas con algo de olor a drenaje los muebles muy grandes pero no muy cómodos

I wouldn’t consider this a 4-star hotel by any means. Our stay was fine but there are definitely things that need to be worked on. The phone in our room didn’t work; the AC in our room barely worked; the safe in our room stopped working the last two days; our key cards kept failing to work; the internet service was BAD; and the restaurant never seemed to be open.

Hotel was well located, near the end of the Centre, but still quite an east walk to all the sights. Cobblestone streets/sidewalks were definitely a good workout for the ankles and calves. Staff was welcoming and helpful with all of our requests(extra shampoo/conditioner, bathrobe). The breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant was nice as well. The pool, cleverly squeezed in to a long narrow space looked inviting, and the water temp was warm. Our room, number 8, the main seating area fronted on the street, Hidalgo, with little in the way of sound proofing/attenuation. As such anyone walking along the street, we could overhear their conversations quite easily, and unfortunately any vehicle traffic, was quite loud, often starting very early in the morning. Doing something about the windows door on that side might be a god idea. Other than that, would have no issues staying there again

Great place and location. Beautiful, clean, quiet. The biggest problem for me as a non-speaker of Spanish is that front desk staff spoke very little English. In first couple of my five nights, that was a big problem.

The staff was very accommodating to me and my group during my stay. My only complaint (and this was a big one) was that there was NO HOT WATER in the shower during our entire stay. I mentioned it to the staff on day 2, thinking it was just a one-day fluke, but it persisted. I had to go to another place to shower. Very inconvenient.

Le faltaban muchas amenidades de comodidad a los baños, no tenían donde poner el jabón por lo que estaba en el piso. No había donde colgar las toallas. Pedí sábanas h no en las querían dar que porque no tenían, pedí hielo en la madrugada por accidente y tampoco me lo querían dar pero insistimos por la sangre de La Niña . Todo lo vendían en cuarto . No había café , la nespresso no servía , tiraba toda el agua cuando Hicimos el té. El agua del alberca estbaa muy caliente.

I checked in at 8 PM, unfortunately they don’t have any sign for where the entrance besides the parking lot which is far from the reception area. Front desk was ok, have to go back to ask for WI-FI, no instructions for safe box.
