Only thing good is the location. Room was super hot when we arrived, they came to check the ac but didnt do much. Called lobby at around 11pm for someone to come check ac and they sent someone but didnt tell us anything it was 1 am and room was still very hot. It finally was fixed but than at 3 am it stopped and got super hot. They changed us to a diff room at 3:30am and the new room was hot also. I seriously thinj they have an ac issue that needs to improve. The hallways were also hot. I would not stay here again.

Great location.
We have stayed at this hotel for a few years. The hotel is located at an excellent location. There are a few suggestions to improve the service. Full service elevators were not working. Only one elevator was working for a couple of days. Then, the other elevator stopped working. Options available were the stairs and the service elevator. No phones were available in the rooms. The air conditioner was blowing air like a regular fan. Update furniture in the restaurant. The breakfast was great. It never disappoints.

Outdated. TV and air condition didn't really work. Room had stains on the sofas, table and on the carpet. Saw staff clean the rooms with the used towels with no cleaning or disinfecting spray.

Place is ok, pretty outdated and in need of some repairs. Windows were dirty, shower didn’t work properly and bed was to firm for my liking. I was able to hear next room conversation and nightly activities. Also be aware that if you go while Club Leon has a home game trying to park on-site and maneuver your way to the hotel is awful. We spend over 30 minutes in line just to park at the offered onsite parking. Streets are packed with fans and lobby elevators are turn off. In the good side staff is polite and food in Sky360 is amazing.

El aire acondicionado no funciona las habitaciones estan calientes es la 3 vez q me hospedo aqui la primera vez sin problema la segunda no funcionaba el Internet y esta última vez no funcionaba el aire estaba q ardía la habitacion fue un técnico pero en realidad no le hizo nada al aire sigui igual el agua de la regadera no tenia nada de presion en pocas palabras fue la pero estadia los elevadoras pueden tomar hasta 20 minutos esperando un elevador son muy lentos y cuando hay mucha gente tardan demasiado son solo 2 para todo el edificio en realidad son pocos

I liked that a wheelchair was proveded to me to move my son, who has an injured foot. I loved 360 1 I did not like there was not even a single botle of water at the room, so, I did not understand the reason to have a Coffee maker there.
