Está limpio y las habitaciones son de buen tamaño pero nunca funcionó bien el wifi, la habitación no tenía ni ventana ni extractor y la humedad del baño se encerraba muchísimo, los blancos son de baja calidad y tardaron demasiado en el registro.

The worker who took us to our room forgot to tell us how to turn the ac on. The shower was not working but I was already in and didn't want to get out to let them know. Overall though, the staff was friendly and helpful.

We got room number 11, located at the side of the pool. There is NO WIFI in this area. Front desk staff told me the property was too big and wifi signal was weak or not existent in some areas. Should we needed signal I should go out of the room to the pool area to get signal. The fact is that there was no wifi signal until you almost reach the elevator which was very far from the room. Expedia should not allow this hotel to claim to offer wifi in their rooms, because this is not true.

I love the hotel the welcoming atmosphere I didn’t like that when was raining we had a lot of problem to find a taxi to go to the bus station I think the hotel Should have some kind of arrangement to have a taxi for they clients when we need to other then that was amazing

Something to think about
The comfort was not good at all, the bed were to hard and uncomfortable amenities were very good staff very friendly, how ever the restaurant service was not good, food was ok i would not recommend the restaurant

Very nice and clean. Good customer service.
The staff are very friendly and have an excellent customer service, the food it's delicious. Bedroom was clean and big, the hotel is also in a very nice location. Planning on coming back next year with the family. I give them a 10/10.
