Hola Buenos Días un Gusto en saludarle Sr.Gerardo : le escribo del Cityexpress by Marriott , antes que nada esperamos que se encuentre muy bien, la cuestión de mi mensaje es para agradecer su estancia y preferencia dentro de nuestras instalaciones, de tal manera cada huésped es de suma importancia para nosotros, dentro de su Encuesta de satisfacción, me percate del siguiente tema: El servicio fue muy anticordial, y nos tuvieron esperando para resolver nuestra reserva. La cama estaba super incomoda.Le envío una disculpa de antemano por la experiencia desafortunada, de igual manera agradecemos mencionarlo y tomar un tiempo para poder evaluarnos nos hace crecer progresivamente, de tal manera poder seguir siendo su mejor opción dentro de sus futuras estancias.Estos detalles mencionados ya fueron pasados a las áreas correspondientes. Se le está dando el seguimiento.Nuevamente una disculpa, esperamos verlo pronto, quedo a sus órdenes, temas de futuras Rsv, estaré al pendiente, monitoreándolo más detalladamente.

Shower floor very slippery with tile and cause a fall. Breakfast- They provide like whole milk with sugar and orange juice with sugar. Diabetes cannot drink that stuff.

It was well located and in good conditions. breakfas wes good. the only thingvis difficult to find the entrance of the parking Also the gym opens only from 6 am to 10 am. I wanted to workout yesterday qdter doing my checki in and it was closed. but overall all was good

Great location right next to the mall and Walmart. Room is clean and good staffs. Only complaint was breakfast which has the same type of foods every day.

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is located to a great breakfast restaurant and good places to shop. I did have an issue with the air conditioner. But the hotel staff address the issue immediately and gave me a new room.

I enjoyed my stay. I asked for an accessible bathroom (handicap) and they had it ready for me. The room was kind of small but had everything needed. I'd stay there again.

The staff at the desk acted very reserved, not real friendly. The room was comfortable. We had a room on the 6th floor, so we had a good view of the surrounding area. The location of City Express Celaya added value. We had a mall, theater, bank and restaurants within a 3 minute walk.

We stayed here while on a leisure/business trip. Excellent location as it is close to a restaurant, fast food, mall and walking distance to public transportation. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Definitely will recommend to others and will stay here again!

The most impressive point is the price. It is very cheaper than other major hotels in Celaya. Also breakfast is included. The staffs are very kind to all guests and room is clean enough I think. Also there are shopping malls and walmart next to the hotel. This is also one of good advantages for me staying in city express. I will stay there again next time I travel in celaya.

If no other choice is available...
There are not many places to choose from when you get to Celaya. Once the "main" luxury hotel is booked, you have to choose from a hand full of places. This being on of "them". The staff is very friendly and helpful, only the hotel needs some major renovations. Rooms are a "trip back in time" and the conditions of the rooms is VERY worn and disappointing. I would not recommend you choose this place over the only "luxury" hotel in Celaya. Stay here only if there is no other choice. PS. The pen and notepad that are customarily set on your night stand in regular hotels in this hotel are a pad and a pencil. Which is nothing to fret about, only the pencil i had had been chewed thoroughly and not been changed. Disturbing!

Reliable business hotel
I have stayed at this Hotels Express in Celaya a couple of times. It is clean and efficient. It is located on the ring road, NW of Celaya center, so it is convenient to find and avoids the traffic in the center. There are stores for food and drink close by. Beware, Google maps show this in the wrong location!
