El hotel no se si esta deteriorado, el baño superpequeño y habia cabello en el piso, el ruido de la calle exageradamente fuerte en la habitacion, cada 30 o 40 minutos un ruido como si taladraran toda la noche... sorry pero no me volveria a hospedar aqui.

El bano no servia tenias que bajarle al agua varias veces para que quedara limpio el toilet cuando te banavas se salua todo el agua para fuera todo lo del bano estava muy viejo

Good location. no telephone in the room. The high rate is not worth it comparing to what one can get for this price at any other hotel.

I was put in an incorrect room the first night but since I checked in late, I was too tired to go back downstairs and have them correct it. However, the next day when I notified them about the wrong room, they upgraded me to a suite!

CAUTION!! Nasty Conditions & Staff Demand Bribes
Worst ever hotel experience. Hotel runs a scam in which they change electronic key code while you are out and demand cash bribe to get back into your room. Some staff members told us this was management scheme that they knew was unethical, but needed to stay for job. We stayed at hotel because it was nearest to venue for a family event, so was chosen for the guests. From arrival, we were disappointed by conditions- disgusting white splotches on bed cover; stained and ragged linens on bed and bath; springs poking up in the mattress; intermittent humming/buzzing and party noises from street awaking us; small and awkward bathroom. Regardless, we did not complain, because we were paying a very low rate and not planning to spend much time on premises. However, on second day there we left for afternoon and returned to get cleaned up for evening events, only to find key did not work. We assumed it had demagnetized and went to desk to resolve, only to have woman there whip out a handtowel that was taken from our room and demand a cash bribe to be allowed back into the room, supposedly for getting makeup on the towel. I was shocked and mortified. We paid the bribe to get back in room and checked out as soon as possible, even though refund for remaining nights was denied. Hotels.com provided assistance in relocation, though it was still 5x the cost, it was worth every penny. In fairness- restaurant and a few other staff were great. I feel sorry for them working there.

For people who want to save money and just sleep.
I got wrangled with not having any Wi Fi in Room 107, but it did work well for the downstairs in the lobby. Friendly staff, but it is a popular place and at times looked like it was time comsuming to check in.

The hotel was okay. Great location. It is an old hotel so it doesn't have that many features. My only complaint is that the momorning buffet was incomplete, they didn't have any of the food on the trays and aside all of thst it was kind of overpriced.

The room was clean, neat and the employees were very helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance of good food, a fun bar/dance club.

the room, parking and bell boy was just good enough in relation for the value paid, however, when we arrived to the hotel, they were not able to find out our reservation, so I offered to send by email, my confirmation number which i received and my credit card's charge confirmation. the waiting time was unacceptable and they asked me to let an opened boucher to guarantee the payment that we had made 3 weeks ago, wich i was not agree, finally they accepted to give us a room but telling us the payment has not officially made for them and probably we would have to pay for it at the check out. the next morning we called to the reception trying to find out if they were able to accredit our payment and they told us they did not. It was until 1 pm wh en we came to the reception to the check out when they informed us that it was all right. It was pretty stressful to have the uncertain if we had to pay again for the room.

Extremely overrated
The quelity, services, confort and overall facilities are extyremely over-rated, No running water in the room. Just a drip. The Cable TV didn't work. The light bulb didn't work. The matresses were old and full of bumps and springs. There was no elevator, just a very steep staircase with dangerously weak bannisters, Breakfast was not avaiilable for us. A similar hotel in Morelia or other inland Mexico city would cost around US$ 20. I would rate the hotel as ONE Star, if any at all.. Very dissapointing. Had I not paid the second night I would have moved out.
