Average hotel with overpriced restaurant

The front desk staff was not very helpful once they discovered they gave us the wrong room. Overall, the price of the hotel and the restaurant were simply too high for the lack of quality of both.

Great location and near to most attractions. The staff is always on the look and in on "can do" mode. We liked the premises and overall the room.

Great hotel. Good price for what you get. Breakfast buffet. Very expensive for what you actually get, but I think that's everywe. I had one situation at check in, they wanted to charge me for parking when my reservation with Expedia said it was included. I spoke with manager and it was solved. Everything else was great!

Good....But..

The room was good, But the heater doesn't work correctly. The staff in the restaurant had bad mood and the buffet breakfast was very expensive and not good.

Awful hotel management

We call the hotel directly a week before our arrival to ask them for an extra bed in our room. We were told that they would make sure that the bed was there upon our arrival. Once we made it to the hotel, we were told that they didn't have any extra beds available for that night even though I explained the previous call, etc. The answer that I was given was that the hotel was full "but tomorrow we will try to have something for you". For the next few days there was no bed and not even a simple call from anyone explaining or even making an excuse. During check-out, I told them how disappointing the experience was and I spoke once again with the manager but I was given a simple "sorry". I gave them my e-mail and told them that I would be expecting a message from their top management and after 8 days I am still waiting.

Horrible place to stay

Will never go to this Hotel ever again A/C not working as soon as I arrived to our room, reported the incident to front desk and they send a technician that spend 45 minutes inside our outdated room. What a way to start our vacation ! The hole hotel is so outdated and dirty
