Check-In was terrible. They gave us a room that needed repairs. The faucet in sink was broken. Several lights wouldn't turn on. Lamps were broken. Room was dirty. We reserved and paid for an upscale room with a King size bed. There wasn't too many rooms more expensive. After a lot of complaining and poor responses, we were given an excellent room in the new building. After that, everything else was fine. The two young girls at the front desk need training and better customer service skills.
