Very bad customer service

First room is infested with bugs. Second room water boiler not working. Very weak wifi. Third room sudden lose of water supply for an hour.

They could not find our reservation, but giving the benefit of the doubt we showed up at 12 noon.room wasn't ready till 3 we stopped again at 1 to check in on it to find the reservation and they found our reservation when we came back in at 3 , still took a half hour to get in and we had requested one big bed and got two little ones. An hour later somebody walked in with the key and said excuse me. We reported it but didn't get an explanation. other than the roaches (bugs) and the mold in the shower ,the dirty carpet in the hall .the air conditioning worked grate and the room served our purpose .

Rooms never ready

I've stayed here 3 times I gave it chances...no more! Every time my room isn't ready making us checking 1-2-4hrs late. This has happened every time. Hotel is in bad shape! Abandoned cars in parking lot. Carpets smell, no ice machines, dirty pool, unprofessional front desk! I wouldn't stay here again or recommend!

First day we had issues but manager was very helpful to resolve. Facilities need much improvement. Location is great!

Pros: there's a sauna but it was under renovation
Cons: cleanliness and hotel facilities
Location: walking distance from the main drag
Rooms are clean but A/C had a strange smell, and the hotel was generally in a state of disrepair (old musty stained carpets, run down elevator, etc). No WiFi in the room. It seems that a lot of folks just go to the korean-style Hot Springs Sauna located on the lobby level and spend the night there ($15 per person) to save money after arriving super late at night. Anyways, the hotel is not a slum, it just doesn't look like they want to spend much money on renovations or upkeep. Probably better deals out there in Tumon Bay.

over night stay

The staff was pleasant. The hotel was run down , stained carpets, elevator was pretty shabby, floor looked dirty but it wasn't. Did not thnk it was worth the price.

Most terrible hotel experience ever!!!

Location: The location didn't matter because of our experience.
I rented 3 rooms on the 11th. floor for myself & 2 guests. 3 rooms A.C. control either on or off. There was no hot water in the rooms for 3 of 4 nights because the entire hotel had a problem with the water heating system (as we were told by the front desk clerks)! I reserved the rooms with King size beds, instead 2 rooms had 2 twin beds, and 1 with 2 full beds. The shower control handle kept on falling off as i turned it on. The hotel ran out of clean hand and wash towels (assume was because of the hot water problem). The ice machine on our floor was broken long time from the look of it (disassembled).The so call fitness room was on the lower lobby open floor consisted of 4 exercise equipment & 1 inversion machine. Guests standing on the lobby floor overlooking the area made it feel uncomfortable. We did not leave any "valuables" in the room (lap top, I Pad, etc.) cause the front desk clerk (at check-in) emphasized that the hotel would not be responsible for any stolen items. This made us very uneasy, which got us thinking that they had an employee trust problem. Many Japanese tourist slept on the lobby furniture because their rooms were not ready way after check-in time. We were also told by some locals that the new owners of the hotel did not want to invest money in the hotel which was previously closed for a number of years (5?). One of our travel companions got sick blaming it on the cold showers and the contrasting humid climate of Guam. Worst hotel experience ever!

Horror house

Strong smell of mold everywhere inside the building. I had a nice desk with no chair to sit on. There is a coffee machine, but no filters or coffee to make coffee with. Found someone's sock inside my bed. Elevators are squeaking and dirty inside. Housekeeping never answers the phone, I asked the front desk to bring me new pairs of towels. Their answer was, I will try... They provide no statements/invoices.

Nice place to relax with beach view.

The location is very close to KMART. The room was clean but connecting room was a bit noisy, soundproofing needed. ----- We got free spa&onsen coupon which not recommend to use. It was our terrible experience with terrible Korean staffs. There was gay couple client inside and they .... at the shower room, felt so insecure.
