Very bad customer service

First room is infested with bugs. Second room water boiler not working. Very weak wifi. Third room sudden lose of water supply for an hour.

They could not find our reservation, but giving the benefit of the doubt we showed up at 12 noon.room wasn't ready till 3 we stopped again at 1 to check in on it to find the reservation and they found our reservation when we came back in at 3 , still took a half hour to get in and we had requested one big bed and got two little ones. An hour later somebody walked in with the key and said excuse me. We reported it but didn't get an explanation. other than the roaches (bugs) and the mold in the shower ,the dirty carpet in the hall .the air conditioning worked grate and the room served our purpose .

Rooms never ready

I've stayed here 3 times I gave it chances...no more! Every time my room isn't ready making us checking 1-2-4hrs late. This has happened every time. Hotel is in bad shape! Abandoned cars in parking lot. Carpets smell, no ice machines, dirty pool, unprofessional front desk! I wouldn't stay here again or recommend!

Good price

First day we had issues but manager was very helpful to resolve. Facilities need much improvement. Location is great!

Pros: there's a sauna but it was under renovation
Cons: cleanliness and hotel facilities
Location: walking distance from the main drag
Rooms are clean but A/C had a strange smell, and the hotel was generally in a state of disrepair (old musty stained carpets, run down elevator, etc). No WiFi in the room. It seems that a lot of folks just go to the korean-style Hot Springs Sauna located on the lobby level and spend the night there ($15 per person) to save money after arriving super late at night. Anyways, the hotel is not a slum, it just doesn't look like they want to spend much money on renovations or upkeep. Probably better deals out there in Tumon Bay.

over night stay

The staff was pleasant. The hotel was run down , stained carpets, elevator was pretty shabby, floor looked dirty but it wasn't. Did not thnk it was worth the price.

If you have money to spare, try not to stay here.

I checked-in a little later, and saw my friends have not checked in and waited for 2 hours, and was told rooms will be ready in 6 when it should have been ready in the first place. I was one of many that waited for rooms for a few hours. I reserved a suite and got a regular room, I put up a sign to not bother or clean my room for a day,yet they still came in. rooms and the whole building needs updating, elevators nasty looking, beds uncomfortable, no microwave, ice machine not working, pool is dirty, restaurants were closed all the time, minimal towels. overall not favorable to stay for the price. WiFi is not very good at all. away from everything.

Our stay at Verona was far from pleasant. When we arrived, the front desk staff were not welcoming. We were not greeted with a "hello" but instead, blank stares. Upon signing in we were told we got one room key and if we lost it, there would be a $20 charge. I've never heard of this. We arrived to our room and my boyfriend had to kill four large bugs that were near the coffee pot. It was late so we just wanted to go to sleep, we didn't notify anyone of the bugs as we did not see anymore the rest of the trip. I asked the front desk for pool towels; they don't have those. I asked the front desk where the ice machines were located; they were all out of service. I asked the front desk for a new hair dryer as the one we had didn't work; it was dropped off hours after asking for it. The pool was a yucky green color (which we never went in) and one day they had caution tape around the pool. We weren't ever notified that it wasn't available to use, we just decided not to. I ended up making a reservation for a night that we weren't even there, which is my own fault, but there was no help in trying to resolve the problem from the front desk staff. The only nice thing about this hotel was the water pressure from the shower. I would not recommend this hotel.

Lost sleep due to dirtiness....

broken windows when u r in lobby, breakfast had bugs flying around, towels in room were stained, where is the health department!?!?!? water is not hot just warm. Worst stay of my life. cant wait to go back to asia!
