Pros: kマートに近い事です。
Cons: 客室の床と通路エレベーター前の床の張替エレベーター内部の張替
Location: イパオビーチが徒歩圏
立地はビーチに面してないがまあまあです プールはあるが3日のうち2日は使えなかった 設備は古いし床は張替えたのがいいレベル通路やエレベーター前など掃除機かけてないような感じでした スタッフの対応は良かったです。

日本語が達者な女性スタッフが居て、 安心できた。ホテルの立地はもう少し街やビーチに近ければ良かったが、逆に静かで良かった。

It is what it is

Pros: Good things: 1) It's super close to the Kmart and the local burger stand. 2) The pool was clean 3) The room was clean
Cons: General building maintenance. Get rid of the "Hot Spring Spa" if you're not going to maintain it.
Location: Kmart is just up the hill. There's a CircleK just around the corner.
The hotel staff, well besides the older lady who seemed like she couldn't be bothered to help a guest, were friendly and helpful. While clean, the room was damp and the shower leaked *somehow* through the wall on to the floor in front of the door. The room had a door connecting it to the next one over if you wanted to connect the rooms, but there was with a big gap under the door so we could hear the neighbors TV all night. The "Hot Spring Spa" is basically a fancy hot tub room with a broken sauna. I don't think it's directly run by the hotel but you might get some free tickets to it. Try it out, but expect rude service. I revew hot springs and bathhouses in Japan and tried to ask a few questions from the staff and was basically told to leave. When I came in the lady just pointed to a bucket of keys and put some towels in my hand. No greeting, no thanks. For a single night just getting off of the airplane in the middle of the night this place is fine--and that's what I booked it for. Besides that--like if you're planning on staying in a Tumon area hotel for a few nights--try something else. I don't like posting negative reviews, but just watch out.

坂の途中に建つ見晴らしの良いホテル

Pros: 接客は良かったです。
Cons: 廊下や外の音が気になりました。
スタッフは親切でよかったです。 建物は立派ですが、ところどころにボロが見受けられます。 徒歩10分圏内に、コンビニのサークルKやABCマート、スーパーマーケットのKマートがあり、不便は感じませんでした。 韓国人、中国人、日本人、その他という多さの順で見かけました。

かなり古いが立地は良い

かなり古く外観はサビが目立つが、比較的立地はよく動きやすい。 特にエレベーターは今の時代見たこともないほど古く、壊れるんじゃないかと怖かった。 オーナーが韓国人なのか、他客もほぼ韓国人。 スパの無料利用券ももらえたが、中はかなり古く、店員の韓国女性もかなり無愛想。 当方、英語と韓国語が通じるのでコミュニケーションはとれたものの、ホテル内のサービスとしては正直オススメしがたい。 ビーチサイドのホテルではないが、オーシャンビューの部屋もあるのでグアムらしい景色も楽しめる。 予約の際、オーシャンビューでないキングベットの部屋を予約したが、チェックインを済ませると、担当者が間違えたと言われ、再度チェックインをやり直した。 新しくカードキーを渡され、いざ部屋に入ると、オーシャンビューのツインベットルームだった。 注文時に、オーシャンビューにこだわりがなかったのでわざわざオーシャンビューを選ばなかったし、予約内容もキングベットで通っていた。 チェックイン時に何を間違えたのか不明だが、意外にもオーシャンビューの景色が良かったので、何も言わず2泊過ごした。 初めのペットボトル2本以降は、1本1ドルチャージされた。 他のホテルは1泊ごとに補充されるのに対し、1ドルではあるものの。。。 外観に比べ、部屋は清潔でまぁまぁ。 格安でオーシャンビューの部屋を選びたいなら、いいかもしれない。

Pros: I did not like anything about this hotel. It needs a major renovation.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Room faced the ocean. Not much to do nearby.
Carpets are soild and musty, air conditioning is loud and ineffective, bed and pillows are old, no clock radio, shower leaked, housekeeping did not service room until I telephoned after I returned from work at 6:00 pm.

湿度が高く、かび臭い

口コミ通りかび臭かったです。キッチン付きなのに、キッチン用品はほとんど何もなく、唯一あった鍋とフライパンは汚くてとても使えた物ではなく、せっかくのキッチンも意味がありませんでした。夜になると空調設備が悪いのか他の部屋から韓国料理の様な強烈な匂いが部屋中に充満し、とても臭かったです。それと、ベランダの仕切りがスカスカで隣から侵入しようと思えばできそうで怖かったです。お部屋にタオルが置いてない日が多かったです。

Stay away!

Pros: Staff was nice and helpful-ish. Close to the beach and easy to find. Cons: Rust, mold, water damage, internet (or lack-there-of), and just plain dirty everywhere. Immediately walked into the hotel and was blasted by the stench of mold. First room they it me in had no A/C and smelled of mold. Second room had zero wifi and also smelled of mold. Called to get my internet fixed and they show up at shortly after and tell me, "it seems like someone stole your wifi router". They pretty much tell me I can't have internet and to use the lobby. Breakfast was expensive, even with the discount, but at least it was buffet style. Lunch and dinner was a joke, they hand you a menu and a piece of paper with the same 4 "specials of the day" on them. I order something from the menu and 10 minutes later the waiter comes back and says, "business has not been good and the only options are the specials, I recommend you not come here for lunch or dinner". I died laughing at his honesty but no wonder business is bad with employees like that. The food wasn't bad though, I actually enjoyed it. They have self serve laundry or you can pay them $10/load to wash, dry, and fold it for you. I'm not lazy so I went to do my own laundry and guess what? None of it worked. So now I'm forced to pay them. Over the time I was there I had to do 2 loads. I paid cash each time. When it came time for me to check out, I had a balance of $10 because I "didn't pay". Last time I ever stay at that $hith0LE.

安価なりのホテル

Pros: 温泉(大浴場)があるところ
Cons: ルームメイク特にタオルの交換をしっかりしてほしい。 常時バスタオルのみ設置されていて、ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルが設置されていない。 バスタオルも、夜の9時に交換に来た。これでは帰ってすぐにシャワー(入浴)ができない。
Location: 特に不自由はない
夜に帰宅してもルームメイクが実施されていなかったため、タオル交換がされていなかった。そのため、シャワーや入浴ができなかった。
