The corridor is hot. But the room is ok, the bathroom is fine. Staff are friendly too! However, it's quite far from the tourist attractions. I can barely walk to GPO everyday to take the shuttle bus. I do hope the price can be lower. The bus fare in Guam is really expensive anyway.

Perfect budget hotel in Guam!

Posted 02-Dec-2016 on Orbitz
You should never expect a 5-star facility when you paid just $50 for a night. The hotel is the cheapest one on the Island. Some said the hotel is smelly and have bugs. Yes, it's true. But the hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful which really delighted me. Noted some people say there is no hair-dryer, no water heater or something broken in the room. Please simply tell the hotel staff and they are willing to help you out! The hotel also offer daily transfer to Guam Premium Outlet free of charge. Walking from the GPO to hotel is around 20 minutes. Further, in Tamuning Plaza hotel you can get rid of all the tourists and crowds in Tumon and enjoy the peaceful of Hatgana Bay. Highly recommended for everyone who wants a budget stay!

Easy to get to everything from this location

Posted 20-Nov-2016 on Wotif
Pros: Everything as described above.
Cons: Availability of fresh coffee
Location: Location is fine, any, all activities are close, easy to get to.
If you want decent, quiet comfortable room, you won't be disappointed. Large beds, clean, great a/c, plenty of hot water. Staff courteous, helpful. If you're budget conscious, this is a good place to stay. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

Location: Location is only good for food restsurants
Air condition leaving to d floor, no microwave, no coffee maker, and only tiny bar soap. Outside the hotel there's leaking pipe somewhere so coming in from parking lot, your feet get wet from water thru entrance to the hotel

Not recommended for 1 day transit travelers

Posted 11-Oct-2016
Pros: The free coffee and the friendly staff
Cons: Be more flexible to accommodate different types of travelers.
Location: There's a convenience store that's really close. GPO is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
The staff were friendly and nice. They also provide free coffee. Room conditions are ok. But if you are planning for a day trip in Guam, this is not the place for you. They do not have flexible policies to accommodate for this particular type of traveler.

I booked for nights and I only stayed one. I didn't receive a refund. The room was horrible. It smelled like alcohol and cigarettes. The beds were hard and the couch had cigarette holes in it. There was a 19in TV. The air conditioning unit made the room smell worse. The shower is disgusting. This is the most horrible hotel I've ever stayed in.

Not worth it

Posted 27-Sep-2016 on Hotels
Our stay was comfortable enough. The room was big but old. The hotel was a non smoking hotel but smells like an ash tray. At first the water heater didn't work so we called the front desk and they fixed it right away. Wifi barely reached our room. The AC was very difficult to control, either it was warm or too cold. There is no elevator so if you have a lot of bags, good luck to you. The room has a mini ref. There is a microwave oven and a water dispenser at the lobby. There isn't much around the hotel except for some convenience stores and a few restaurants. The beach is walking distance from the hotel. You have to take a cab or the bus to get to the main part of town, or better yet rent a car.

Basic accommodation close to Guam airport

Posted 20-Sep-2016 on Hotels
The price is right but this facility is very old and rundown. Barely satisfactory for an airport stopover.
