Tough challenges staying here!
My first room was small and mold smelling, with no A/C so I was moved to main bldg.
2nd room had bad A/C, toilet, fridge, and noisy next to elevator. I fixed AC myself by cleaning filter. But put in two calls on fridge and toilet. Maint. Workers would tinker with toilet and fridge but still not working right! The toilet would run every 15 minutes due to leak and fridge would spoil my milk in 2 days. Nothing done so I complained to Expedia about my problems and they got me out of my last 7 days but I had to pay a 1 day fine for leaving early. I can't believe expedia has no pull with these hotels and demanded a refund of unused days for their customers. Bad customer service with expedia, the help manager was calling me from poland or some place and I couldnt hear her voice which made this bad experience worse. Parking was very scarce and the uphill walk was tiring. I just had a real bad experience with this hotel and expedia didnt have my back when trying to get refunded. Maybe the front desk staff was nice to me, which made this bad experience a little better.
