We always love the pool and the atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the pool hours should be extended. 6pm is too early for a pool to close especially because the bowling alley isn’t operational and there aren’t many entertainment options in the area. We love both restaurants! Always so delicious and staff is always extremely friendly. We always choose Leo Palace as our island getaway. :)

Staff are not very welcoming, poor experience for me and my family for dinner service, alot of amenties closed, front desk said we had to come back in order to check out cause it was at a later time. Just overall poor service for such a nice hotel.

We booked an executive suite for the weekend, and the room was as beautiful as the online pictures. The only drawback is that not all their facilities and amenities are open and available to use. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

Great rooms and elegant interior. The property was hit hard by COVID and a lot of amenities are still closed but a rebound is on the way I think. The golf course is amazing and will only get better as it recovers from the pandemic as well.

Our stay would have been much better if the restaurant, swimming pool, bowling alley, etc.... were open for use by guest. Also the room air conditioning system evaporator coil was dirty and did not produce enough cooling during the high heat portions of the day or in the evening. Other than those two things our stay was pleasing.

We were visiting for a funeral. Check-in could have went a lot smoother. Due to advertising the room sleeping 5 people that was not the case. I almost had to get another room for my son would have to put out another $1000. They were able to make in exception in the end keeps us all in the same room. But still had to put out almost another $1000. Not to mention a did land up booking another room for my in-laws. Other then that. We were very comfortable and that’s what matters the most for our family.

Loved that it is secluded away from busy and crowded streets. Beautiful setting all around. Only con was the pool is undergoing maintenance during our stay and not available for use. Would recommend stay at this location if you’re looking for a nice and quiet environment.

Really disappointed. Not only was everything closed, including the pool, but also, we didn’t get the room cleaned because “we didn’t call to ask” although we did leave the sign on the door from 9:30am to 5:15pm requesting the room to be made up. We tried the only restaurant open. It was very poorly done Italian. Even the mashed potatoes were instant. I was honestly shocked. The AC was not very cold. The bed and bathtub however were comfortable. Definitely would not stay here again.

Ive always had an issue with the refrigerator in the room it doesnt get cold so I would always bring something extra and have to get ice daily to keep my drinks cold. Also, they're pool could use a good cleaning and possible renovation especially the kiddie pool with the whole kid gym and slide. You can see the ware and tear all over and what looked to be an old rope net thats been torn apart is discolored and looks like algae. Made me buy swim shoes for myself and my kids. The lifeguards didnt seem as engaged to ensure the safety of the patrons in the pool bc I saw some unsafe acts.

Good weekend get away with family
Great hotel, good restaurants and alot of things to do for the kids. Front desk clerk upon check in seemed very sarcastic when I simply asked if I could check in 30 minutes before check in time.
