Awesome friendly staff

So it's not the best hotel in Guam but it is the best for quite and friendly people. Not to far from a great local bar. Good prices.

Excellent Staff, Excellent Location!

Posted 12-Mar-2017
Staff Micky and Benny were great! Room phone lines were out the whole week - big safety blunder here! Also should have few bevs in the fridge for the price per day stay! Staff should mention about the bus / trolley service at the hotel next door as taxi services are crazy expensive! Overall a great stay otherwise!

Comfort for good price

It looks like it was once a grand hotel that was let go, but it still is a pretty nice place

Not what I expected.

No WiFi Check in was one hour late. Entire room needs a major update. Stains on sheets.

Friendly hotel staff

Posted 08-Feb-2017
Pros: Once again the staff really make this hotel, location is off the beaten path so quite at night, but is very close to shopping, eating etc. rent a car!
Cons: The Restaurant, maybe new beds...
Location: Guam is small, rent a car and get to shopping, eating, swimming etc. within a few minutes.
The Hotel is on the Beach, the rooms are old, but clean. The staff is always friendly and help full. The restaurant is over priced, poor quality food, but again the wait staff are very friendly.

We found a bed bug in the room. Interner is really bad. The beach is nice, the hotel staff very helpful, but all the rest is awful. Towel not always available and most of them in very poor condition.

Pros: It's quiet and away from the hustle and bustle.
Cons: Wifi strength, furniture, lighting. TV size.
The hotel is OK for the price. The wifi in the rooms is probably the biggest negative factor. Rooms need to have brighter lighting. Furniture is old and could use an upgrade. AC is major league cold.

Low Quality, Poor Condition

Posted 16-Dec-2016 on Hotels
Well for starters, I had a friendly cockroach in the bathroom. Very outdated and generally dirty room, thin walls so easy to be disturbed at night. TV was an old 14" CRT and there is no clock in the room (good thing I brought a travel alarm clock). They make you put a security deposit on the room, but given the condition it would be pretty challenging to leave the room in worse shape. Room service would routinely forget to leave towels. "King" bed was two singles pushed together. Room key quit working three times and had to get it replaced at the front desk each time. If you want to use WiFi, you have to go to the front desk and get a new log-in code everyday. Tried to use the iron and stained a shirt from the soot that I failed to notice on the bottom of it.

It could use some updating.
