Have been lucky enough to stay at most of the hotels in the Tumon strip. This was the nicest and most accommodating one yet. I don’t think too many places can compare, great experience and prices as well.

The hotel is pretty old but functionable. Housekeeping is really not up to par. They did not change the bedsheet at all for our 1 week stay. There was a day where totally no housekeeping at all. :( Inform the staff to do housekeeping later in the afternoon or later but they did not seem to understand. The bathtub was clogged due to excessive hairs and this proved that the housekeeping did not do a thorough cleaning for continuous 3 days. We experienced short circuit a day too. Not to eat at hotel lobby or pool side as the flies are of commando level. Really hope the hotel can consider a much better systematic way of housekeeping. However, tour trolley bus and walk to the city center area is pretty convenient.

My family and I enjoyed it very much! The staff was courteous and very polite! The rooms were clean and one of my favorite parts was THE FREE HUSKEE CUPS! I never got so excited hehe, thank you all so much!!

The location was perfect! It was the best snorkeling spot! The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. The rooms looked a bit old but they were very clean and the beds were comfy so I have nothing to complain about! I would stay again! Thank you Nikko Hotel!

Staff and services are excellent. Property is older so flushing toilet took few times for our kids each time. Little thing like faucet to be fixed etc would have made the little thing better. But, Overall, food, stuff and room was excellent. Friendly stuff, spacious room and large balcony, good breakfast, access to pool was easy. long slide was a hit for my kid. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed comfortably with a family of 5. The hotel was relaxing and my children enjoyed the pool and slide. The beach is accessible with rental gear for pool and beach. The staff were all friendly.

very nice hotel.
Our flight arrived at 6 a.m. and staff would not allow check in early. They didn't offer shuttle for us from/to airport. Otherwise a very nice hotel to stay at. Enjoyed free bottled water daily; great room with wonderful views.

Extremely outdated rooms and decor. Overpriced. Customer service folks in desperate need of courtesy training, given this is a Japanese hotel you would think they give attention to service, but no.

Pools were all closed. Gym access only for people booked in a high category - this is the first hotel of this category I have ever stayed in whiteout a gym for all guests. TV had few channels and picture quality was bad. Service was unfriendly.

The staff are incredible. Very helpful and friendly. The view from the room is amazing. The room is very quiet and peaceful. I didn't hear any noise from upstairs or from the neighboring rooms.

Overall, terrible stay at Nikko. I should’ve known after visiting a friend. The room was hot, the sheets felt musty & yucky. Front desk is not welcoming if you’re not a tourists. You’re in line waiting to be checked in, they’ll offer to help the tourists that had just arrived while you were waiting couple mins.

Absolutely Beautiful
The hotel was very nice. Little outdated in areas do to lack of staffing returning from the Covid pandemic. The grounds needed to be maintained a little more along the beach and definitely more beach chairs. Wished they had their beach side restaurant back opened. There is a beach bar and show just a few steps down the beach to make reservations at which are wonderful. Having a private beach area was golden. Not busy at all and the snorkeling right off the beach was incredibly beautiful. Definitely wear water shoes due to the amount of coral and shallow areas. Pack snorkeling gear but the Hotel has items to rent or purchase cause you will want to use it daily. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The maid service was great , wonderful having our room cleaned and fresh linens changed daily. The spa on site was incredible and we made two apps for couples massages during the stay. Definitely a must do.

I always have great customer service, from check in and through out my stay. My son loves the slide and pool while I love sitting on the beach chairs watching the waves and my son swimming in the beach. The rooms always have a great view and the restaurants located in the hotel have great food.

여행 망치고 싶지 않으면 다른 곳으로 가는게 좋을 듯 합니다. 정말 불친절하고 일도 정말 못하고 일처리도 너무 느렸습니다 방은 오래된 건 그렇다쳐도 여기저기 머리카락 많고 체크아웃하는 오전에는 아예 에어컨을 중앙에서 꺼버리더군요?? 4성급이라고 도저히 믿을수 없는 곳이었습니다. 조식도 모기 많은 하얀 창고에서 먹는 줄 알았습니다. 2.5성급이라면 말이 좀 되는듯 하네요.
