Not anything like the website photos

Only stayed for half the night before moving to a different hotel. Elevator was broken, air conditioning didn't keep room cool. Beds were too small for anyone over 6 feet. Very outdated and rundown.

Nice, near the beach

Generally ok. Complete with cooking facilities. Ideal for families. The elevator to the 3f rm assigned to us is defective...

Pros: Wifi was well connected. The pool was small but I liked jacuzzi.
Cons: There was no ice in ice box. The air conditioner was not that good. It was hummid.
Location: Kmart is located near by Grden villa. You can walk to T galleria in 20 minutes on foot.

Buyer beware

I booked this hotel thinking I'd get a practical room with the things we needed on this trip - that's all I expected. What we got was much worse. The hallway leading to the room smelled of cigarette smoke and cleaning chemicals and was dark and dank. I knew the room would be no frills but that would have been okay if it had been clean. It was not! It reeked of bug spray and air freshener, there was mold on the baseboards, and the kitchenette cabinet doors were banged up and falling off. My traveling companions and I developed headaches and stuffy noses within 15 minutes of arriving. We had to leave. The photos and reviews of this place leave the impression of a basic, no frills place with lots of practical features for group travel, which was all we really needed. We didn't need luxury, but the sub-standard conditions here made it absolutely uninhabitable.

For having a family it was great especially having a kitchen but the place was run down. The laundry room was out of order and had to walk to another building to do laundry and the ice machine was also broken and had to walk to another unit/building to get ice. The employees made the stay worth coming back for. They were so helpful and had amazing customer service:

Pros: I liked how spacious it was and that there were two bathrooms in the room.
Cons: The bathrooms could have been cleaned better. There was black hair all over the tub. Also, you could feel the springs inside the bed.
The front staff was very helpful. The room is big and included 4 twin sized beds, two easy chairs, and a kitchen.
