Room review.
The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The rooms A/C didn’t work very well. The room never got cold in the lowest setting. The room was not very clean. The carpet had stains, the shower had dirt around the edge. The bed was fine and sheets clean. The towels and items around the room( lamps furniture) are old and dated. The phone didn’t work very well.

Property was presentable but the actual rooms were dirty, room had carpet and I believe it was not vacuumed/cleaned properly during room service because my kids started with allergies. Blankets and shower towels had stains.

Check-in and check-out was easy and efficient. The location is excellent! The staff was friendly and most speak English. The condition of the room was fine. It is a bit dated but they keep it clean. They were very full and busy the weekend of our stay but amazingly, the room was nice and quiet at all times. Excellent value for the money. I would most certainly stay here again!

The location. The staff. The one bartender whompoured me a double tequila neat every evening before bed to take to my room. The bed was beautiful. So comfortable. I had a wonderful stay.

Quick check-in, helpful & friendly staff, large, marble flooring bathroom, clean, tile flooring hallways; however, all the rooms are carpeted, according to front desk staff. There is no other flooring choice for the rooms. Our room’s carpet was dirty.

After entering the room, I noticed bathroom sink couldn’t drain. I was told to switch rooms but the new room was so tiny, it was barely enough space for 2 beds. So much for paying for a superior room and sleeping in a box

I noted that Carpet was dirty in my room . The heater won’t work , and tv cable went down the first night (called front desk and they advises that there was nothing they can do about it as that was a vendor) cable svc returned the next day.

Very disappointed. It is a prime location in Guadalajara, but rooms were dirty, towel were torn, bed smells, staff forgot to give me extra towels. Overall, I would not stay there again.
