Convenience at a good price.
Very clean. Excellent customer service eventhough Expedia mess up my reservation. Owner was very understanding. It's a great place to stay on a budget. Close to food, site seeing, atms. Very convenient.

THE BEST STAFF EVER
WHEN I ARRIVED AT HOSTAL MARIA I WAS VERY UPSED. AT THE AIRPOT THE AIRLINE MISSED PLACES ONE OF MY BAGS. I WAS NOT HAPPY. NOTHING TO DO WITH HOSTAL MARIA I ARRIVED AT AROUND 10:00 PM. TO THE HOSTAL. OUTSIDE WAS VERY DARK, AND LONLY, SCARY WHEN YOU DON'T NOW YOUR SURROUNDING WHAT IS THIS PLACE I THOUGHT IS THIS GOING TO BE ANTHOR BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE THE AIRPOT. INSIDE THE PLACE WAS NICE AND QUIET. THE PERSON IN THE DESK WELCOME ME, HELLO HE SAID YOU ARE THE LAST PERSON TO CHEKED IN WE WERE WAITING FOR YOU. (I WAS STILL NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO HIS WARM GREETING. STILL IN MY HEAD I WAS AT THE AIRPORT. AND THE LOOK OUTSIDE DID NOT HELP ANY TO MY EXPERIENCE IN GUADALAJARA. ) YEA, YEA, I WANT TO CHANGE MY ROOM I WANT A PRIVATE ROOM. WE ARE BOOKED HE SAID, BUT BECAUSE OF MY LOOKS HE KNEW I WAS ABOUT TO TAKE IT OUT ON SOME ONE. SO HE WAS TALKING VERY SOFT AND CALM, BUT I WAS NOT HAPPY JET. (I AM A VERY CALM PERSON OVER ALL.) AS UNHAPPY AS I WAS I WENT TO MY ROOM. LOOKED AT MY PHONE AND HAD A MESSAGE FOR THE BOOKING COMPANY TO RATE THE INITAL WELCOME AT THE HOSTAL. I GAVE THE GUY GOOD MARK, THE REST WAS VERY BAD. I NEEDED SOME ONE TO TAKE OUT MY ANGER. IN ALL HONESTY I REALLY LOVE IT HERE ALL THE STAFF WAS THE BEST I SEEN IN A LONG TIME. I SAW TRU ALL MY DAYS STAING THERE HOW THE PERSONNEL TREATS ALL THE GUEST. NOT ONLY ME. I WILL STAY THERE EVERY TIME I COME TO GUADALAJARA. BY THE NEXT DAY I WAS SO HAPPY THERE I CALL MY FRIEND AND ASKED HER TO COME AND STAY WITH ME.

Centrico y acogedor
Esta muy bien situado, cerca del centro de Gauadalajara, el personal es muy eficiente, las camas están bien, es tranquilo y callado. Me gustó que hay lockers con candado y jabón para bañarse, además te dan colcha y toalla.
