"We love this sweet place. Decorated so sweetly and comfortably. The beds were so comfortable!! It’s not for everyone as getting the shower warm and not cold or sizzling hot is not always easy. There are cracks in the logs for cold air although the heater helps! Breakfast cooked to our requests. We will come again. "

"A great property in an area where there are not a lot of options. The room shave a very nice rustic appeal with a wood stove to keep things warm on cooler nights. The host was tremendous. Very friendly and helped us hook up an English speaking guide for several excursions for a very reasonable cost. The rooms are very spacious with 3 or 4 beds upstairs and a kitchen on the main floor if you want to do your own cooking. We didn't cook but the place to do that is there. There is a barbecue area outside for cooking outside. Easy walking distance to a couple places to eat and a small grocery store. "

"We were a group of 7 from 84 to 45 years of age range. We got 3 rooms and the stay was just what we needed. They provided a shuttle to pick us up from the train El Chepe. And we got a tour from them as well as a ride to the airport. Excellent guides and the breakfast that was included was delicious!"

"The stay was really good, the hotel is located facing east and the sunrise is something you will never forget. Dinner menu is served at 7pm, for me it was a bit late, all food have windows of time when is available, if they will offer this at different times, the experience will be more personal. You get what you pay, it is a bit pricey but the hotel is the best of the area."

"Nice location, new and elegant (I was in the new building in the back). There was a noisy water pump outside that switched on and off all night long, but overall the hotel was much nicer than I'm used to. In the center of town, the Chepe trains stop directly in front."
