No heating. No smoking, pets not allowed. This pleasant bungalow has a terrace with awnings, hosepipe (handy when returning from the beach!), garden furniture (table for 5), electric barbecue. The living room has a dining table, sofa, TV with French channels, and a kitchenette (4-burner ceramic hob with extractor fan, traditional coffee maker, mini-oven/microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment). A shower room with WC and washing machine is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, the mezzanine has 3 single beds (one 90x190 and 2 70x190, which are more suitable for children). A separate bedroom has a 140x190 double bed with a ceiling fan. A 2nd shower room with WC and washbasin is located upstairs. In the Ayguades district, the "Les Lagunes du Soleil" residence (with swimming pool in summer) is located on the edge of the marine pond between the resorts of Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan. Here, water, beaches and nature are omnipresent. The lake adjoins the residence and the large beach at Les Ayguades is just a few minutes' walk away. In this quiet area, ideal for children, you'll really feel like you're on holiday. A small shopping centre provides you with all the essentials on site. There are several restaurants, some of which are open all year round.
