Private parking space in the residence. Pets allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. No heating. Sleeps: 4 Ground floor: Living room with sofa (extra bed for one person) and TV (French and German channels), kitchen area with ceramic hob, fridge, electric coffee maker, microwave, shower room with toilet. Here, water, beaches and nature are everywhere. The lagoon is right next to the residence and the large Ayguades beach on the Mediterranean Sea is only a few minutes' walk away. In this quiet neighbourhood, ideal for children, you will really feel like you are on holiday. A small shopping centre provides all your essential shopping needs. There are several restaurants, some of which are open all year round.
