$180 for BS experience

After arriving from a 3 hour drive, the moment my husband and I walked through the door we were greeted with rude and unprofessional customer service. There was no welcome, hi how has your night been, nothing! We received eyes as if we were intruding in on her time and just a simple checking in. Once we arrived into our room we noticed we were placed in a two double bed room when I selected a standard king bed. I called the front desk to explain we selected a king bed and was then told were considered some special word she used and that we get whatever is available. I was extremely upset and disappointed. The way they worded it was rude and made you feel as if you were low class and didn't deserve anything better. Then my husband tried to turn the TV on except it didn't work. Called the front desk again and after a irritating wait maintenance showed up and fixed it. Overall experience at this hotel was awful and I would never recommend it. As a matter of fact this is my 3rd time having an awful experience with holiday inn and I'm officially done with them! Have yet to have a problem with any other hotel. Stay away from holiday inn, it's not worth your money.

Francisco, I am terribly sorry about the experience that you had while at my property. I can assure you that I will personally speak with the guest service representative that you encountered. I do apologize about that. I understand the frustration with the TV not working but I'm glad that we were able to get that fixed with you.
