Disappointed
The owner of this property must use google translator as most of the messages he sent me made no sense. This then made it difficult to understand the check in process. Thank goodness the kind lady at the registration office clarified things for me. I understood that towels/tea towels would be included with the linens, but there was an extra fee for these items. Just a note for mobility challenged guests, the stairs are very steep and narrow.

Very nice property that I would have no problem recommending to friends or family
Very nice area. Beautiful sunset over the water. House was very good with great room sizes. Nice yard where we enjoyed dinner when the weather cooperated. I would definitely rent this property again

Grou ist eine Reise wert
Wir haben vier Tage mit unseren erwachsenen Jungs und deren Freundinnen in Grou verbracht. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet und die Nähe zum Wasser bei dem schönen Wetter einmalig. Auf der Terrasse und im Garten findet man auch bei hohen Temperaturen ausreichend Schatten. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen ausreichend dimensioniert. Die oberen Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, das untere klein, aber zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Allerdings erfordern nur ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette für 6 Personen ein gewisses Maß an Organisation. Die Küche beinhaltet alle notwendigen Gerätschaften, der Kühlschrank ist für 6 Personen gerade ausreichend, hier fehlt allerdings ein Gefrierfach. Am meisten vermisst haben wir Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, zumindest in den Schlafzimmern. Wegen der Mücken konnten wir nach Sonnenuntergang nicht mehr draußen sitzen, und im Haus war es wegen der Stauwärme schwer auszuhalten. Denn Lüften war wegen der Mückenplage nicht möglich. Dieses Manko könnte man mit relativ einfachen Mitteln beheben. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus und würden es gerne wieder buchen.

Prima lokatie voor een weekje zeilen
Tuin en huis zijn prima gelegen. De huisraad daarentegen verdient een serieuze upgrade. Is vaak verouderd, keuken messen ontbreken, bedden en linnengoed zijn oncomfortabel.

Mooi vakantiehuisje
Het huisje bied alles maar helaas hadden we slecht weer waardoor we er niet alles uit hebben kunnen halen zoals genieten van de mooie tuin en wat meer van de omgeving.

Fijn weekend in een heerlijk huis
Hebben een fijn weekend gehad in huisnummer 27, Gielegou. Rustig gelegen met aan de overkant van de weg een camping waar voor kinderen een speeltoestel en zwembadje is. Schoon huis met een goed uitgeruste keuken. Een aanrader.
