Très beau jardin paysagé avec vue sur la mer. Appartement spacieux. Grande discrétion des propriétaires, tout est pensé pour ne subir aucun vis à vis. Un grand merci à Natali pour son accueil et sa gentillesse!

Très belle location conforme à l'annonce (proximité de l'aéroport, des plages et commerces tout en étant au calme sur les hauteurs de Porticcio). Un grand merci à Natali pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité (arrivée tardive).

Nous sommes ravis de notre location chez Natali qui est vraiment une personne très agréable! Sa maison est très bien équipée avec une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la terrasse et le salon, dont on ne se lasse pas tant de jour que de nuit. Le jardin extérieur est également merveilleux avec toutes ses plantes et fleurs! Très bien située, à quelques minutes seulement du centre de Porticcio. Bref un petit coin de paradis....

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Superbe vue sur Ajaccio depuis la terrasse. Logement très fonctionnel avec beaucoup de place pour entreposer ses affaires, vraiment idéal pour 4 personnes, on ne se marche pas dessus. Natalie toujours prête pour nous renseigner sur les bons plans et vraiment très sympathique ainsi que Bertrand. Adresse que je garderai de côté et que je recommande vivement.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Porticcio dans ce bel appartement situé au calme avec une magnifique terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la baie d’Ajaccio. Le jardin est sublime et la petite douche extérieure est un petit plus pour se rafraîchir. A quelques minutes en voiture de la plage ou du centre ville, ses magasins, ses restaurants et ses bars. Un grand merci à Natali pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! 😉

Lage der Wohnung: tolle Lage oberhalb von Porticcio, erreichbar innert 15 Autominuten ab Flughafen Ajaccio. Ruhig gelegen inmitten eines traumhaften Gartens. Porticcio bietet einen Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wohnung: sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Velogarage mit Stromanschluss für E-Bikes. Umgebung: tolle Strände, Wander- und Velomöglichkeiten Vermieter: Natali und ihr Mann haben einen wunderbaren Ort für Feriengäste geschaffen. Zuvorkommende Gästebetreuung, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Natali hat uns auch sehr gut beraten betreffend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, schöne Strände, gute Restaurants. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und tolle Ferien verbracht.

La location est magnifique et très fonctionnelle. On y trouve tout pour passer un merveilleux séjour. Natali et Bertrand sont des hôtes d’une grande gentillesse et de bons conseils (merci natali pour les idées de balades…). On serait bien resté plus longtemps. On recommande plus que vivement.

Location parfaite pour notre séjour d’une semaine en mai. C’est très propre, extrêmement bien situé avec un extérieur magnifique. Natali est accueillante et discrète. Arrivée et départ sans aucune contrainte, en toute confiance et c’est très appréciable, merci ! Je recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé une petite semaine en avril 2022 dans le logement. L'appartement était exceptionnellement bien équipé (parasol, jouets pour la plage, plancha etc.) jeu, situé au milieu d'un jardin paradisiaque (avec des tortues). La terrasse principale a une vue parfaite sur la baie d'Ajaccio complètement isolée des autres parties de la maison et loin de toute nuisance. Natali a été très accueillante avec les bons conseils et recommandations. L'emplacement est également idéal à 4 minutes de la plage la plus proche en voiture et à 20 minutes d'Ajaccio. Bref, tout était parfait.

Wir wurden von Natali herzlich empfangen und haben uns in der Wohnung und dem schönen Garten sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, von der Terrasse konnten wir abends die Lichter von Ajaccio sehen.

La petite maison que loue Natali est juste superbe. Extrêmement bien située, décorée avec goût, et super bien équipée! La terrasse est un lieu où nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps et elle est très agréable à vivre ! Le parc arboré est une merveille et Natali est une hote chaleureuse et accueillante ! Réservez sans attendre !

Photos conformes à la réalité Le jardin est magnifique digne d'un hôtel haut de gamme. Quel calme et surtout quelle vue !!! La terrasse est très agréable. A remarquer également la qualité de la literie. La climatisation n'est vraiment pas nécessaire. Natali est charmante et saura vous donner de précieux conseils. Nous achetons... Seul bémol, il faut une voiture pour aller en ville, mais c'est le prix de la tranquilité.
