My room was small but clean and had everything I needed, and the lovely gentleman at the front counter let me know when my room was ready early and provided many recommendations for pintxos. Free coffee was appreciated. The small issue I had was that my room smelled a lot like febreze or another air freshener. It was a bit disruptive as I am sensitive to scents, and something more neutral or nothing at all would be appreciated! "
