Lovely hotel, nice room, good location. However, the elevator to the 7th floor is sooo noisy as if there’s constant construction taking place, hammering and rattling, every time it goes up and down. Make sure not to stay in room 701!

This is a truly mediocre hotel. Prices were outrageous for the quality on offer. My stay coincided with a concert, so the hotel bumped up the price egregiously. I've stayed in luxury 5 star hotels for the same price as this basic hotel which is wholly uninspiring. Breakfast was a lowlight offering a poor selection of predominantly cheap foods. The staff were generally pleasant.

I loved the big windows in our room and the view of the church! The breakfast was good and the tea/coffee in the lobby was nice. Could use a bit more toiletries and extra blankets in the room

I was staying in what was probably the worst hotel in Groningen, so I rebooked to Best Western Hotel Groningen, which was just brilliant. Great location, excellent rooms, good facilities, and very helpful staff.

I stayed only one night, however everything was perfect. the price was reasonable, the service was excellent. The front desk very courteous and friendly.. They went above and beyond allowing me to make a international call. It doesn't sound like much but it was my only 5 minutes speaking to folks back home which made it an amazing experience. The rooms were immaculate and clean, the view of the city from the room spectacular. Shower/ bathroom perfect also. I can't say enough thank you for the experience!

Perfect stay
This was our second stay at the hotel and we can’t fault it. Check in is super speedy and staff are all lovely. Rooms offer great views and the location is perfect. Breakfast was great too.

t hotel on top of a horrible car park.
A great place to stay, great location, bright, clean. The underground car park is a nightmare, I had great trouble not scratching the car against pillars. This is unacceptable. Otherwise fine.

Great location in pretty city. Staff is freindly and helpful and. speaks good English. Breakfast is good. We had Junior Suite so it comes with Executive Lounge--do this-- it is worth it--lots of free food and drinks all thru they and evening. And room is bigger We had a very large room, really two small rooms and a big hallway. Only problem is the crazy security--they have a card swipe into every hallway so you cannot go from lobby to your room without two cardswipes-and it really does not look like a crime ridden area! Very safe area yet all the annoyng securty.
