Located in Grizzana Morandi, in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, this 80 sqm holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property, spread over two levels, offers you a fully equipped private kitchen, mountain views, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. Please note that the house does not have air conditioning.

Outside, you will find a private garden and a balcony where you can relax while admiring the mountain landscape. The private barbecue is ideal for outdoor meals surrounded by nature.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Inneneinrichtung im regionalen Stil.

Pros: Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Das Haus bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Schöner Garten mit Blick auf die wunderbare Landschaft. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Fijn huis met heerlijke tuin, op een prachtige en rustige plek

Pros: Het huis ligt fantastisch. Heerlijk rustig, je hoort nauwelijks verkeer en met de natuur van de bergen om je heen. Op 50 min. van het prachtige Bologna en aan de andere kant Florence (iets verder maar ook te doen). Cons: Nvt

The house was very nice, located in a quiet place, surrounded by nature and only 15mn from the highway. The house had everything you need for a short stay and a lot of charm. We recommend for a family trip!
