10/10 Excellent
"The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. I liked that they had individual lockers for luggage storage. Seemed more secure than leaving them in an open storage room like many hotels do. The elevators were fast and plentiful so you never had to wait. I thought it was very quiet, but my travel companion heard a bass speaker thumping away for hours while trying to sleep. There was a big speaker in our room we didn’t use. Maybe the room below did. Just sitting on the edge of the bed I thought it was not going to be comfortable, but once you laid down it turned out to be firm and comfortable. The shower was great. The location was great with short walks to public transport and Gamla Stan. The chairs in the room were too slippery to sit in but made nice luggage stands. The towels seemed a bit tired and worn and don’t bother with the free laundry machines unless you are desperate. There was only one set of a small stackable washer/dryer and the dryer had to have something wrong. It got plenty hot enough but the clothes just never got dry. Maybe the washer didn’t spin dry them enough? Anyway, after an hour for clothes that take 7 minutes to dry at home we gave up and had them finish air drying in the room. Overall a great stay and we loved our complimentary slippers!"

10/10 Excellent
"Only issue is that the room was cold since the central heating wasn't on yet, so they gave me a space heater which cannot be on while boiling water in the kettle, as it blew the fuse- which they attended to right away once I went up to reception. (unless calling thru scanning a code which can be a challenge with a pitch dark room without Windows.) Sometimes the Wi-Fi bounced out briefly. No desk (or fridge) in my room. Def manageable tho. Other than that- no complaints!! Perfect location and clean with everything else needed & great staff, for long or short stays..."
