"The house feels like a proper home, has good quality interior and the kitchen is well equipped (and there is a Weber electric decent size BBQ in the garden). We were 6 adults with a 2 year old and a 5 year old and it didn't feel overcrowded. While in December our aim was sightseeing and culinary tourism (a lot of options within 15min to ca. 1h drive to keep you entertained for more than a week), there is a decent beach just across the road, 2-3min walk door-to-sea. Note the two single beds in the larger bedroom on the ground floor can be combined to form a double bed."

"As soon as we arrived we felt welcomed and that view as soon as you walk into the hotel is breathtaking. We wished we had stayed longer. It is a beautiful boutique hotel and I would highly recommend staying here. We even had dinner and it was delicious. Everything about this hotel was spectacular and the service was excellent. "

"The pool was too cold to swim in. The pool snack bar was closed all week. You can’t eat or drink around the pool and if you leave the pool area which is gated you can’t return for ten minutes. The accommodation was basic and dirty, we had to ask to move rooms. All up big hills so no good for anyone wi to mobility issues. No air conditioning. The shop was good but expensive. Remote location, need a car or Ubers become expensive. The pool of it was warm enough to swim in would have been amazing. Overall this was a really disappointing trip. "

"Property itself is outstanding and so is the location. One issue is that the pool staff are overly protective of the rules meaning they come up to families all around the pool and it can be conceived as rude "

"Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. What was ironic was that while we were speaking to the manager, a gentleman came up with the *exact* same two issues we had for the same reasons (he too had to work). We ended up leaving and staying at a Marriott in Cassis. "
