Beautiful modern villa with a pool, offering a magnificent sea view and a view of the village of Saint-Tropez, available for rent for 12 people. Located between Sainte-Maxime and Grimaud, just 150 meters from the sea, this villa sits on a large, completely flat 2500 m² plot. Built on two levels, it comprises: an entrance, a large living/dining room opening onto a beautiful terrace facing the sea and the village of Saint-Tropez, an open-plan equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms or showers. One large independent bedroom with 4 single beds. Air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms. 4 WC. Large terraces. Pool 12X4\. Petanque court. Volleyball court. Plancha. Wifi. An ideal villa for family or group holidays.  
Pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and clean.   
Bed linen is included.   
Final cleaning is extra at €200\.   
A security deposit of €2000 is required upon arrival.   
Tourist tax is additional (amount varies based on the duration, rental price, and the number of adults over 18 staying).   
Utilities are included.   
A 25% deposit is required.   
The villa must be returned in perfect condition, including the kitchen area, and the trash must be emptied.   
Keys must be returned to the agency by 10 AM on the day of departure.
