Terrace with a direct view on the canal and the boats. A/C, WIFI Private parking space next to the apartment. Modern apartment located in a private block closed by a gate at the entrance. It is composed of a living-room with a sofa-bed (140cm), an open kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave, big fridege with a freezer, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a shower-room with toilets. A/C in the living-room, WIFI A South-East oriented terrace to enjoy the sun from the early morning until the afternoon. A private parking space next to the apartment. The beach is 500m far from the apartment ad the center is only 5-minute away by walk. The bakery is about 2-minute far by walk. Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttles to go by boat to the center or to one of the beaches of Port Grimaud. Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (water activities, gulf, spa, amusement park...) Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime... Additional information: • Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Additional fees between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. No check-in later than 8.00pm. Check-out time: 10.00am at latest. • Bed linen and towels not included in the booking.
