We had 2 rooms. The bathroom in one room had not been cleaned. Hair and urine on toilet seat and trash in trash can. The other room had a roach in the bathtub. The facility looks newly remodeled but the mattresses were old with the big dip in the middle. Staff was friendly. Would have been cheaper to book direct through Red Roof than through Expedia.

The building had a musty/moldy smell. Maybe from smoking and/or pets. Had to request a different room which was better. The bathroom was remodeled and clean. Only stopped for a rest during a long distance travel.

Check in went well, clean room. Good value for the price. The shower doesn't have instant hot water like most hotels. But if you wait a minute it gets there.

I would never stay at this location again .the noise from above us at 1.30 AM was unbelievable ,kids running around and adults stomping their feet for about an hour .sounded like they were almost in our room and next door dogs barking ,no way could we sleep and we had been driving from Detroit that day .called front desk and he went and told them but didn't help. I requested a partial refund but he said sorry.We would have left at 3.30 AM but don't like driving that early in the morning.I misread that they were only double beds not Queens.VERY DISAPPOINTED>

It’s not on par with the other hotels in this chain. The room was dirty. Getting into the hotel is a mess! Not their fault, but the city blocked the way in and now a simple u turn takes an hour. We won’t stay again. Not a great place.

Served is purpose. We were traveling so needed a bed and a shower. Staff was super friendly rooms were basically clean though the comforters had stains. Check in was easy and rates were great. Don't expect fancy. Its a nice for the price.

Horrible customer service prepaid for a family member to stay and wanted $100 deposit upon arrival of check in and would not allow to check in even though called family member who paid with credit card in ful.Desk clerk refused to accept credit card for the deposit and did not allow to check in or refused a refund complained this room was paid for through Expedia so could not confirm it but then confirmed it was paid in full .Asked for manager not available until next day called Expedia and they refunded the money paid for a room not used and inconvenienced person who could not stay there had to find an alternative place to stay.This was a horrible experience I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They checked someone in at 1:30a.m above us who stomped all night. Morning we woke to strong smell of marijuana. Only spent 1 night, left next morning. TV wasn’t hooked up when we arrived and maintenance had to come repair it. Desk chair had holes in it. Will not stay here again.
