On arrival we were promptly told we had a free drink as part of our VIP privilege, we drank in the lovely bar area. We were given a lovely room on floor 10 overlooking the river. Staff were friendly and the bed was super comfy. Biggest TV we have ever had in a hotel.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The mattress on the bed was very poor and old, you could feel every spring through the sheets. Also the bathroom was over the kitchen and the smell of cooking breakfast woke us early even with the door shut. Not ideal.

"We were at a family wedding and the stay was great. The bathrooms need a bit updating but overall it was a great stay. It was raining on the morning of the wedding but umbrellas were available. The staff were very attentive so overall a great stay"
