"We had a lovely stay here. As described, the property is very small but it worked for our short break. The outside is private and having an allocated parking space was useful. We found a good bakery and lovely beaches in Duingt. Thank you!"

"Unterkunft war überbucht und der Vermieter hat sich auch nicht entschuldigt. Mussten dann abends noch eine Ersatzunterkunft suchen. Haben wir aber nicht bei Expedia gebucht. Die Abwicklung der Stornierung hat auch sehr lange gedauert."

"We loved this apartment. It was on the most beautiful street, so close to everything. No wifi—which made it difficult for us to communicate properly with the property manager, but that was our issue, not hers. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back. We loved Annecy!"

"I stayed with two friends here for a long weekend of cycling in the surrounding alpine countryside. Property was easy to find/access, and just as described, which was perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "
